Introduction to Cards Certificate Program

Program Overview

The ePayResources Introduction to Cards Certificate Program is a basic course of study that teaches you the fundamentals of cards. This self-paced series provides you with a foundational understanding of debit and credit cards with a focus on issuing.

This introductory level program is ideal for anyone new to your organization or to the card industry.

Program Details

The course consists of six online training modules covering multiple debit and credit card topics. If you complete the modules within six months and pass the exam (with a score of 80 or higher), you receive a Certificate of Completion.

The six months starts the month in which registration is processed. For example, a candidate who registers on January 15th has until July 14th to complete all required courses.

  • Card Fraud

  • Anyone who works with cards

Certificate Examination

The 25-question exam must be taken in a one-hour period. Exam questions are a combination of multiple choice, matching, and true/false. It is not an open-book exam; candidates are on their honor to answer questions based on their knowledge gained from the training program. A pass/fail result is supplied to you at the completion of the exam, and a personalized Certificate of Completion will be sent to candidates who earn a passing score of 80 or higher. Candidates will be allowed two opportunities to pass the exam. Let's Get Started!
