During an ACH career, chances are great that you will find yourself deliberating what to do with an ACH exception and wondering what happens after a Return. This course clarifies the responsibilities of each Participating DFI and identifies responses to Return Entries, Dishonored Return Entries, Contested or corrected dishonored Return Entries, and ACH Operator Rejects. Because the Return process does not resolve every dispute between ODFI and RDFI, the course also discusses some manual resolution choices available.
