2026 AAP Webinar Series

Join us for an interactive series of webinars designed to both inform and engage as you prepare for the Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) exam! Coursework and reading assignments encourage students to contribute both to their own learning and to the learning of their classmates. Weekly discussions via our Connections Member Community stimulate dialogue and facilitate interaction among class participants. Quizzes follow sessions 1 through 14 to help you review course material. Following the Review and Testing Information session, there is a timed multiple-choice exam with 120 questions simulating the computer-based AAP Exam, providing practical experience handling test situations and answering exam questions.

If you are limited to purchasing one package to prepare you for the AAP exam, this is the one for you!

The AAP Review session is a 2-day session in September. Those who attend this session will have an option to attend the in-person session in Dallas or to attend the virtual session.

Identifying Third Party Senders

In the ACH Network, not every Third-Party Service Provider is a Third-Party Sender. Misidentifying the role, however, can expose ACH participants to compliance gaps, elevated risk, and registration failures. Identifying Third-Party Senders gives learners a structured, Rules-based way to determine when a Third-Party Service Provider crosses the line into Third-Party Sender status and why that distinction matters.

The course walks through the core ACH participant model and then layers in Third-Party Service Providers, Third-Party Senders, and Nested Third-Party Sender relationships. Learners apply a five-question method grounded in the Nacha Operating Rules to identify the true Originator based on the underlying obligation rather than assumptions about who prepares or transmits a file. Interactive scenarios reinforce how origination agreements, payment flows, and participant roles intersect, and where ODFIs, Originators, and Third-Party Service Providers most often get it wrong.

This self-paced, on-demand eLearning is intentionally designed to engage learners through narrated instruction, visual models, and scenario-based decision points. By the end of the course, learners can distinguish TPSPs from TPSs, analyze real-world arrangements, recognize ODFI triggers and telltale indicators, and understand Third-Party Sender registration and oversight obligations.

Estimated time to complete: approximately 90 minutes
