On March 15, 2024, Nacha’s Voting Membership approved a set of nine changes to the Nacha Operating Rules comprising the ACH Risk Management Topics amendments. The specific rules changes were communicated via Supplement #1-2024 on April 12, 2024.

This supplement includes excerpts from the 2024 Nacha Operating Guidelines that have been updated to reflect key aspects of the new rules related to fraud monitoring for Originators, ODFIs, Third-Party Service Providers, Third-Party Senders, and RDFIs.

Supplement #2-2024 also contains the 2025 ACH Network Administration Fees as approved by the Nacha Board of Directors. The new fee schedule is effective January 1, 2025. 

To ensure compliance with the most current rules, the supplement should be used in conjunction with the 2024 edition of the Nacha Operating Rules.
