March 2 - 8 is National Consumer Protection Week

Each year the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) encourages the observance of National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW) as a time to help people understand their consumer rights and avoid frauds and scams.

ePayResources helps you fight consumer fraud year-round with our free Fraud Reduction Meetings where our member financial institutions get the chance to talk fraud with their peer institutions and law enforcement personnel. You can also join the fraud fighting conversation 24/7 in our Fraud Forum Community.

Want to understand the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's Section 1033 Rule? You still have time to register for ePayConnect 2025, where related sessions include:

  • Section 1033 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act: What Does My Financial Institution Need to Do?
