Certificate candidates receive access to 21 training videos; Traci's e-book, How to Detect Lies, Fraud, and Identity Theft, and worksheets that include a summary of important points to reinforce learning.

After viewing the videos and answering a single question for each video, candidates are granted access to the final exam to earn the Fraud Spotting Certificate of Completion. Candidates have 90 days from purchase date to complete the program and pass the final exam. Candidates will be given two opportunities to pass the exam and must earn a passing score of 80 or higher.

The 21 training videos are approximately 64 minutes in length and are eligible for 1.28 APRP continuing education credits. Time to complete the final exam will vary per candidate, but candidates should allow 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the exam. The exam consists of a combination of multiple choice, question and answer, and short essay-type answers, and requires a passing score of 80 or above. Candidates are giving two opportunities to pass the exam.

Program Overview

The ePayResources Introduction to Cards Certificate Program is a basic course of study that teaches you the fundamentals of cards. This self-paced series provides you with a foundational understanding of debit and credit cards with a focus on issuing.

This introductory level program is ideal for anyone new to your organization or to the card industry.

Program Details

The course consists of six online training modules covering multiple debit and credit card topics. If you complete the modules within six months and pass the exam (with a score of 80 or higher), you receive a Certificate of Completion.

The six months starts the month in which registration is processed. For example, a candidate who registers on January 15^th has until July 14^th to complete all required courses.

Certificate Examination

The 25-question exam must be taken in a one-hour period. Exam questions are a combination of multiple choice, matching, and true/false. It is not an open-book exam; candidates are on their honor to answer questions based on their knowledge gained from the training program. A pass/fail result is supplied to you at the completion of the exam, and a personalized Certificate of Completion will be sent to candidates who earn a passing score of 80 or higher.
