ePayResources issues Operations Alerts on behalf of our members who request that we share information related to their ACH processing delays or errors that will impact other institutions. 

To serve our members better, increase efficiency, and ensure the accuracy of information shared, we've streamlined the process of requesting an Operations Alert.

Two request forms are now availabe on our website's Membership menu directly under the Fraud Alert request form link. There is a link for requesting an Operations Alert as an ODFI, and one for requesting as an RDFI. 

When you submit a request form, you may be contacted by a member of our Education Team if we have any questions. We will also ask you to verify a test alert before distribution to our members.
