Nacha seeks industry feedback on a proposal to revise the defined term “Banking Day” and clarify the effect of a Participating DFI closing on Settlement Date in the Nacha Operating Rules. Comments are due by Friday, October 23, 2026.

All Nacha proposed rules are open for public comment via a Request for Comment. Nacha encourages responses from all ACH Network participants.  All survey responses and comments are anonymized before being tabulated and reviewed.
