This month we celebrate a new role and a new teammate!

Jessica Zitzer, AAP, CBAP, has been named Director, Strategic Growth & Partnerships, as a member of our Member and Industry Relations team. Jessica had previously been Director, Payments Risk & Compliance with ePayAdvisors.

Edward Creamer, AAP, APRP, has joined ePayAdvisors as Director, Payments Risk & Compliance. Ed has extensive experience in payments operations, risk management, and regulations from his previous roles at UVA Community Credit Union and Johns Hopkins Federal Credit Union.
