ePayResources Enhances Website Security Requirements

Effective Friday, December 6, 2024, ePayResources will implement enhanced website access security requirements to better protect our member contacts’ online accounts. As of that day, when you log in to www.epayresources.org you may be prompted to update your password to meet the following requirements:

  • Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters.
  • Passwords must contain 3 out of 4 elements from the following categories:
    • capital letters
    • lower case letters
    • numbers
    • special characters
  • Passwords will expire one year from the date of the last change.
  • When changing your password, the use of one of your last 5 passwords will be prohibited.

Additionally, online sessions will be logged off after 30 minutes of inactivity and you will be required to log back in.
