Decoding Regulation E

This on demand course helps you stay compliant and minimize the potential for loss by reviewing the debit card transactions covered by the ACH Rules and Regulation E as they relate to errors, liabilities, and responsibilities. Scenarios explore the tiers of liability apportioned to the consumer and the financial institution within Regulation E.
