Next, please log in to your ePayResources online account to perform the following updates:

  • Remove staff members that are no longer with your institution
  • Update titles, emails, and phone numbers for all contacts listed
  • Add any new staff members to your current staff roster

  • Website login credentials for a current or a new user
  • Changes to your Billing contact
  • Changes to your Primary contact
  • Changes to your institution’s name due to merger or acquisition
