This page provides valuable information and FAQs for you to browse. When you are ready to launch ePayU, click on the ePayU logo on this page.

Once your credentials are verified you should see your name displayed and the ePayU catalog of courses (65+ courses currently available).

At the top of the catalog you can use the directional arrows in the upper right to page through and find the course you would like to launch. You also can search in the Course Name and Description search box to find a topic of interest.

Once you find a course you wish to launch, click the Enroll button to the right of the title.

The system will process your registration and you will be taken to your My Learning page. Find the course you just enrolled in and click Launch.

You will be taken directly to the landing page for your selected course. When you are ready, click View and the course will start playing.



Can anyone access ePayU content?

ePayU is available now to all ePayResources full financial institution members in good standing and current ePayU subscribers.

How do I get started?

Use your ePayResources website log-in to access ePayU ( Simply log in and click the ePayU logo on this page, and the full library of online, continuing education courses will be available to you!

Is all content available?

There are over 65 continuing education courses available to you via ePayU. Our online, continuing education curriculum covers a wide range of payments channels and topics, including ACH, Card, Checks, Audit & Compliance, Faster Payments, etc.

Does this include publications?

ePayU currently consists of online continuing education courses. Publications can be found on the ePayResources website, under the Online Store tab.

What does ePayU cost?

The cost of ePayU is dependent upon your organization’s membership type. Contact for details.

Was ePayU created as a result of COVID-19?

No, the development of ePayU was part of our strategic plans prior to the virus. The pandemic made ePayU even more relevant and valuable.

Will in-person events and training return?

ePay is ready and excited to begin offering in-person events once it is safe to do so. In-person events and workshops will always be a crucial component of the value ePay delivers to our members and the payments industry.

Can I use ePayU to achieve my professional designations or certifications?

ePayU online courses may be eligible for continuing education credits needed to maintain your professional accreditations. ePay offers several accreditation and certification educational programs to help payments professionals as they pursue their professional development goals.

Can I customize my eLearning experiences?

No two learners are alike, which means that no two learning experiences should be alike. ePayU allows busy adult learners to get a customized virtual experience every time, which means that you have control over what and how you learn.

Is there a set schedule?

No, content is available around the clock. ePayU fits into any schedule because you can access courses and learning materials when and where it is most convenient for you.

Can ePayU content be shared?

No. Only users granted access can utilize content within ePayU. There is no ability to download courses or share them.

Can other staff members from my FI access ePayU?

Yes. Every staff member at your institution can make use of ePayU and begin consuming content. There is no limit placed on the number of users from your institution. If you need assistance with login credentials, please contact
