STRATEGIES: Banking, Payments, and Customers!
Envisioning the Future Amid Industry Change
Last year, 75% of all companies said customer experience was their number one priority (source: 2016 State of Crowdsourced Innovation). But while many businesses say customer experience is a priority, their actions speak differently. Customer experience often gets lost among a variety of quarterly pursuits. Companies today are not acting quickly enough to improve customer experience. And companies certainly aren’t prepared for the customer of tomorrow. Companies that want to stay relevant must apply more energy, focus, and resources to creating knock-your-socks-off customer experiences than they ever did before. In this session, Blake will address what motivates the modern customer; consumer satisfaction metrics with financial institutions; and strategies for servicing your customers now and into the future, including technology considerations.
